Albertus Magnus High School Graduate Jessica Muttitt Conducts Undergraduate Research at Colgate University

Albertus Magnus High School graduate Jessica Muttitt, of New City, NY, and a member of the Colgate Class of 2015, is one of about 150 Colgate University students conducting serious research on and off campus this summer as a paid research fellow.

Muttitt is conducting research in Museum Methods in Indigenous Art and Artifacts and Public Education, with the guidance of Art and Art History; Native American Studies; Africana and Latin American Studies; Sociology and Anthropology Professor Carol Ann Lorenz.

Summer fellowships at Colgate allow students to work closely with faculty for eight to ten weeks on projects of common interest, and across disciplines, from biology and neuroscience to geology and sociology, to name a few.
