Gallatin Resident Jessica Hall Earns Fulbright Award at Colgate University

Jessica Hall, a 2014 graduate of Colgate University, has earned an English Teaching Assistantship Fulbright Award to take place in South Korea.

Hall's interest in Korean culture was reflected during her time at Colgate as she served as the choreographer for the Korean Student Association dance team. After her time abroad, Hall intends to pursue a doctorate in performance studies.

A flagship international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government, the Fulbright program is designed to increase understanding between the people of the United States and other countries. Recipients of Fulbright grants are selected on the basis of academic achievement and potential for leadership in a specific field.
