Ms. Jessica Ruth Yeo Named Dana Scholar at Colgate University

Ms. Jessica Ruth Yeo, a member of the Class of 2014 at Colgate University, has been named a Dana Scholar in recognition of superior academic achievement as well as demonstrated leadership in the campus community.

Yeo is from Morton, IL, and is a graduate of Peoria Notre Dame High School. At Colgate University, Yeo studies Philosophy and Religion and Social Sciences .

Colgate's Charles A. Dana Scholars are selected during their sophomore, junior or senior years, in recognition of superior academic achievement as well as demonstrated leadership in the college community. In terms of academic prestige, the Dana award, established in 1965 by Charles A. Dana, a legislator and businessman from New York State, is considered to be second only to Phi Beta Kappa.
