Pennridge High School Graduate Brandon Cope Conducts Undergraduate Research at Colgate University

Pennridge High School graduate Brandon Cope, of Sellersville, PA, and a member of the Colgate Class of 2015, is one of about 150 Colgate University students conducting serious research on and off campus this summer as a paid research fellow.

Cope is conducting research in Investigation of Nuclear Protein Transport, with the guidance of Biology Professor Kenneth Belanger.

Summer fellowships at Colgate allow students to work closely with faculty for eight to ten weeks on projects of common interest, and across disciplines, from biology and neuroscience to geology and sociology, to name a few.
