Salesianum School Graduate Eric Moore Conducts Undergraduate Research at Colgate University

Salesianum School graduate Eric Moore, of Thornton, PA, and a member of the Colgate Class of 2015, is one of about 150 Colgate University students conducting serious research on and off campus this summer as a paid research fellow.

Moore is conducting research in The Relationship Between Ant Species and Invasive Earthworm Species in Central New York State, with the guidance of Biology; Environmental Studies Professor Timothy McCay.

Summer fellowships at Colgate allow students to work closely with faculty for eight to ten weeks on projects of common interest, and across disciplines, from biology and neuroscience to geology and sociology, to name a few.
