Solomon Schechter Westchester Graduate Arielle Sperling Conducts Undergraduate Research at Colgate University

Solomon Schechter Westchester graduate Arielle Sperling, of White Plains,, NY, and a member of the Colgate Class of 2014, is one of about 150 Colgate University students conducting serious research on and off campus this summer as a paid research fellow.

Sperling is conducting research in geography, with the guidance of Geography; Environmental Studies Professor Ellen Kraly.

Summer fellowships at Colgate allow students to work closely with faculty for eight to ten weeks on projects of common interest, and across disciplines, from biology and neuroscience to geology and sociology, to name a few.
